However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Sir 20 june 2020 an oc technology employee named rohith called and offers me job they said 10, 000 captcha to be type within 10 days they offer me 30, 000 salary for this. He convinced me with his nice words to get registered without giving any details about penalties. After taking my details of email, phone number, aadhar, photo proof, they sent me a email for otp validation.in that after signing only they show me the letter which i am ataching...

Oc technology company had provide me job and i except it. For some reason i was not able to complete that work, now they are asking me for penalty. I refused to pay that amount because i don't want to do that job then they send me court notice by mail. And when i show that notice to lawyer it is found that the notice they provide me it's totally fake. They force me to pay 10500 in 7 days. (6999 penalty + 3500 for notice with interest)...
