I came across the website by Facebook ad and then bought items... made payment but they didn't send products..site has also removed...

I bought three home decor products from Octivioomyshopify.com. I paid Rs 676. They have no way to track order. Only an email ID is mentioned everywhere octivio.[protected]@gmail.com. Later I come on this site and see others complaint of this being fraud. Hence I am raising this complaint to try and get my money back....

Regular priceRs. 99.00 from https://octivioo.myshopify.com/ and payment made by gpay after payment I have received text message as mentioned here is text message received form PAYUIB: Transaction No. [protected] for Rs. 99.00 done for GAURAV SAVJIBHAI KAKADIYA has succeeded from payu team.
Kindly help me out for money refund or ordered item at my door step as early as possible.br...
