I PURCHASED THE Spilt ac 1.5 WINDOW AC FROM DHARMINDERA ELECTRONICS, KOTWALI BAZAR HOSHIARPUR– 146001.....
MY AC IS IN WARRANTY...almost 4 months ago ac is nt working...we usually go to him for complaint of our spilt ac...but he didnot do anything.......his main motive is to sell the ac but not to repair...

VERY NEW OG AC UNIT GIVING TROUBLE

Dear Sir/Madam
We bought a 1 tonne split AC on 14 Apr 2011 from Ratna Fan House. The unit was installed on 22 Apr 2011. For few days we enjoyed the Cooling. Since 27th Apr, the unit is not working properly.
Following are the observations:
1. There is lot of ice formation in the copper tube.
2. Water is dripping from the indoor unit inside the room and from the outdoor unit also....
