Onevisionary Complaints & Reviews

I placed an order on online shopping web app name : " Onevisionary" . Also had made payment as it's free shipping policy on prepaid. But i neither received any product nor refund amount back in my bank account. i done payment via my debit card. i also received a call towards onevisionary after placing order but unfortunately i missed that contact from my call history....

This is site fake…One Visionary online shopping Fraud with me. I am Manoj Kumar Nagar. I am booked one saree from one visionary online shopping price was Rs.430.90 dated 02.09.2018, this amount deducted immediately in my bank account, because COD option not available this site.
But at till date 20.09.2018 I have not received any order. And we are not track my order, because one visionary shopping is not given track order system....

I have received a wrong product. I had booked a gorgeous blue - beige designer embroidered georgette saree, whereas i have received a very simple saree which does not cost 637/-its a very local item. So i want to return the same. Or i need the money back.

Kindly help with the same.
