Sir, I booked a flat with Orris back in 2013/2014, and so far there is no update on the construction. My flat is in Orris Greenbay, golf village, Greater Noida. Cost for the studio was 16 lac and I have already paid 11 lacs. I have spoken to them several times but they don't provide any concrete answers. I would like to get back my money. Please help...

This is regarding the inconvenience caused due to shifting house from ORRIS.

We stay in Flat - 701, tower - B2. The landlord of flat is Mr. Rajneesh kumar, we have informed him 1 month before shifting, that we will vacant ORRIS society in month of november. We have paid 2 months rent and 2 months maintenance to Rajneesh in advance. Now he is out of India, because of this we are facing problem.
