I booked for a flat Jan 2015. The foundation was under construction. They laid foundation, collected 50% of the amount and keep it as it was till today.
So it is clear that the builder is interested in cheating the public to the extend possible. There are many sufferers like me. So please do not ever turn to their side.If you do not believe me, please atleast check before you deal with them.

Never ever think of buying house from this Builder. i bought flat in 2012 in innova project Kattupakkam and till date they dint complete the broject. As per the current project status i dont think they never complete the project. He cheated the entire money and because of them i have come to worst status financially. I am paying 32k EMI and 12k Rent for my house. i am loosing my entire salary because of them. my humble request to every one...
