Under mentioned are the irresponsible responses which need to be brought in notice
1.MEDICAL INSURANCES :
No transparency in TPA / Medical policy provided by your TPA staff thereby had to pay approx 20 % of bill from my own pocket instead of having a Full Cover Medical insurance.
2. NURSING & TAKING CARE STAFF RESPONSE :
Post operation when problem/pain starts, then staffs came into role/action and suggested that you were not...
