Plz help me why I don't allow for survey u paid ₹500 for Premium member and ₹200 for Documents verification but till now documents are not verified show that refund money till now money wouldn't allow for survey plz help me about

I search for paylock for earning money at home so i read then sign in to the paylock account i create a account then it give 6 survey after that this message me to pay ₹500 for premium membership i paid rupees ₹500 then message me now your a priumum member now you give upload the documents worth ₹200 i upload the documents and paid ₹200 from 9 days ago both the payment done before 9days ago then it shows it will 3-4 days for documents...
