My brother told PdotG construction is genuine. No need to worry about quality of the construction and all. Though I have no confidence in apartments, I have booked a 2 BHK apartment in pdotG Sunshine Apartments in Tiruvallur during Jan2013. More than 3 years have been passed. They not yet finished the construction and handed over the building. They finished the brickworks. That building is standing as a skeleton in scorching sun and rain....

Delayed in Handover Date

The PdotG Express project is delayed around 10 Months. It is really not worth to buy flat with 10 months delay in handover date. Better avoid to buy PdotG apartment and stay away from struggling. Poor service and response from respective people. After booked flat wasted around 3L hard yearning money....
