COURIER SHIPMENT MISMANAGEMENT
ON JAN 24, WE ENTRUSTED 225 KGS OF GOODS TO ASHIS SHETH OF PHOENIX COURIER (MOBILE: [protected]) AT OUR RESIDENCE IN MUMBAI. WHEN HE TOOK POSSESSION OF THE GOODS THEY WERE IN GOOD CONDITION AND YOU HAD PROMISED REPEATEDLY TO TAKE PROPER CARE AND LIVE UP TO THE REFERENCES WE HAD GOT. HE HAD ALSO PROMISED TO PROPERLY PACK ALL GOODS AND SECURE THEM USING NEW PROFESSIONAL PACKING MATERIALS. WE HAD ENGAGED ASHIS SHETH OF PHOENIX COURIER FOR PACKING...
