Mother's feeding room in 1st toilet near Pizza Hut area is not working and my wife and son was locked in being unable to open it..repair that door at once else it may cause untoward incidents...

Took Rs. 105 instead of Rs. 75. He didn't give bill I came to know when I downloaded the bill. My mobile number is [protected] & My vehicle no. is MH46AU 8892. He didn't give bill due to COVID protocol. The guy on the cash counter has done this intentionally to make money....

We went to phoneix mall on[protected] and parking charges are very high at 45rs per hour for first hour and 35rs per hour after that. The worst thing is they have very poor service we went to mall for 1 hour and waited in for more than 50 minutes and they collected 2 hour charges from me for car parking. Request to look into it ....

The parking charges for this mall is way too high. There is a concession for people who come for movies. But even with that concession the fare is very high. It is higher than the actual movie ticket cost. For 4 wheeler it is even worse. People spend more money for parking than the amount they spend inside the mall. Please bring down the cost of parking charges. There is no use in building such a big parking lot and people parking their vehicles...

At times they use excessive use of chemicals for fragrance and cleaning. Could not breadth. Nausea and imflamation in the throad/larynx and in the trechea. The throat linings are damaged. It persists for 3 days. I had to leave in 5 minutes. People should check for environment before entering the mall. People with opd or copd or with any respiratory illness should not go to phoenix mall at all....

Today i went to the Phoenix Market City Chennai for watching a movie with my family. I got a shocker of my life when i was asked to pay 250.00 as parking charges i.e. Rs. 50.00 an hour. The cost of the movie tickets was 240.00 for two tickets. This i consider as legal public looting which should stop with immediate effect. This is simply ridiculous and outrageous. I urge the Phoenix Market city management to bring down the parking charges...

This is to inform you as a compliant. I was visited your Phoenix Market city mall on 11 May 2015. I parked my two wheeler in you parking area. I enter at 10.19 am and came out at 3.33 pm. Hope you know how much I pay for that?! Yes I pay Rs.250/- (For extra four minutes I have to pay Rs.50) I booked the ticket in Luxe for Rs 120/- for a film. But for Parking I pay the double the amount. So, how come I will come there next time? Also...
