I have purchased the item on 24/09/2021 and payment through PayUmoney.

Since there was no cancellation option, i tried reaching customer support email but there has been response till date.

This appears to be a fake site.

Myshopify.com is providing platform for all the fake e-commerce sites.
Please take necessary action and stop this online fraud....

ITems ordered but not recd .
Eitehr supply goods or refund.
Cyber cell pl.s note, this is seems to be fraud.
SHopify must protect interest of customers.

I had placed order for Bluetooth earbuds and headphones almost a week back but there has been no confirmation of dispatch. even the store has been deleted from shopify. This seems to be a big online fraud and shopify must ask the merchant to either supply the goods we ordered or refund the payment.
