Since July 2017, Property of Gujarat Housing Board (GHB) at Valsad - has been ready for possession.
Also, GHB Housing Loan has already been paid up in half.
As per our current situation of family, we need accommodation on very urgent basis.
Could you please help us on this and provide us the possession of the property so that we can move in our new home.

Hi, I booked a flat with possession . First of all they never informed in letters that they sent for payments to be made slab wise about the late payment fees that are applicable. Then later when the possession time was near, that is after 2 yrs they mentioned late payment charge around 40k which I negotiated and paid 28k.
Later, I got possession from last 6 months i have been complaining about so many things that is not done properly....
