I have 100 shares for Prudential International Limited, based out of Calcutta, .

I purcharsed it in 1994, but now i dont see any news about the company and how to recover my money...

Prudential International Limited.
The Preferential Offer Document of 1994 says that the company was incorporated on 27th Sept 1983.
However, on the RoC site of MCA, it says that the company was incorporated on 07/02/1983.
The Directors in both the documents are different.
How that is possible.
All documents are available to prove the above.
Also it shows that the company is Active and has filed Balance...
