Staff memeber from the pune passport office are very rude. Especially, staffs from section b and c. God knows what they think of theirselfs. They are filled with lot of ego and attitude. When we ask any questions they are not ready to speak a word. Please hire well educated people who can speak & understand english/ marathi or regional languages. All the staffs needs to be trained to be polite and humble with every applicant.

I have applied for passport in pune office on[protected].
As my father is in army we dont have any permanent home address. Currently i m a cadet in Tolani Maritime Institute where we have to stay in hostle. While applying for passport i gave my home address because the distance between my home and hostle is 3 km only.
My address verification was done by local police and it was ok but when i checked my status i got...

Delay in getting Passport for more than 5 Months
I have applied for my daughter passport who is 5years old passport on[protected] from pune passport office for which the verification is also carried out long back, still we have not received our passport the status showing in progress only from last more than 5 months.
We have also submitted the copies of Passports of both myself & my wife several times with covering letter to Pune Passport Office, but failed to get any reply....
