Our owner named puraram patel is not giving back the deposit money which we should get after deducting one month rent. He is putting unnecessariliy expense of flat. Kindly help me in this matter.

Our owner: Puraram Patel has cheated us. We moved out of his property on 1st August 2017 by giving 1 month advance notice but now he is unwillingly to return the deposit. As per the rent agreement, the refund amount is (deposit - 1 month rent). now he is making fake claims and refuse to return the deposit. he has also sorted to wrong measures. he is using foul language to talk to us.
earlier we used to transfer rent via online transaction....
