I had purchased a flat in Purva swanlake No : F202 3 years back in kelambakkam chennai, at that time your company had taken Maintenance advance from for Rs 60000 which had to be transferred to the Fkat Owners association, surprisingly the money has not been transferred to the association and the association has charged me regular maintenance.

This incident happend during home habba (13th to 15th of july 2018) at sindhoor conventional hall. Jp nagar.

They have committed to give us the best price after we block with the initial amount of 1 lakh. We believed them and handed over the cheque.

Recently i & my sister showed an eoi - expression of interest for newly launch project in bangalore under the brand provident park square in bangalore, but since we did not like any project plan interms of vastu & other additional charges which was shooting the cost beyond expectations, immediately we decided to drop the plan and dropped the email for cancellation of eoi & refund of deposit amount of rupees 1 lakhs.

I bought flat from purvankara on october 2014 and they gave no due certificate of previous owner. Now in 2016 september they are asking maintenance charges of 2012 to 2014 to me.

I asked them how they can give no dues when due is pending they simply replying that we gave no dues to construction and not for maintanence.

It gave me big lesson that never buy purvankara flats. They can come back any date asking money...
