Non allotment of Plot as per terms of the company

Sir,
I have booked a plot with Pyramid Colonizers Pvt. Ltd. in their SHUBHAM project at HARIDWAR. I have paid Rs1, 12, 500/- the three installments at interval of two months in time. And as per terms and conditions of the company I have to pay the balance amount in 18 equal monthly installments on getting allotment of plot by the company. But the company has failed to allot the plot to me due to one or the other reason best known...
