I have also 2 bookings and they just sent one demand letter without showing any progress. We repeatedly asked about the status at the site and they asked us to pay the balance. Why should we pay without getting assurance that out money is safe. They have just given a plot no. On paper and now when we are asking for refund they are not taking any step.
Raheja is known organisation but this kind of attitude was not expected on refund...
