Hello. I booked two tickets from Pune to Akola for date[protected]. I paid the money through Google Pay both times. First time the amount was Rs.1014.50/- and second time it was Rs.1038/-. Seeking a refund

I had booked a bus ticket in national travels on 4 October 20. But they cancelled the trip and sent a message to me. So I had cancelled the ticket and waiting for refund. But I cant get my refund till now and it takes 9 working days to give my refund....

railyatri.in cancelled booked tickets by mistake

I booked bus tickets on this website - https://www.railyatri.in(intercity-smartbus).While i was looking into the booked tickets in "MY BOOKINGS" menu, i clicked a button by mistake, which is not displayed properly on the website.The button is half-visible and also i did not get a warning message as to whether i would like to cancel ticket or not.The ticket was cancelled immediately and they deducted Rs 484, which is not fair enough.Please...

food not supply on train

I have booked food online of www.railyatri.in and order confirmed by railyatri.in with advance payment but food is not supplied in my coach when i reached to the ahmadnagar station i wait for food till train depart. Then again call to railyatri.in customer care regarding above matter he told me that they arrange food in next station. I agree then

ticket cancelled after conveying to do not cancel

I had booked a ticket yesterday [protected]. After that i cancelled a ticket by mistake and called customer care to donot cancelled the ticket as i want to retain it but still this guys cancelled my ticket and deducted around 500 rs as a deduction charges and agent fee. This is a worst site to book ticket as customer care people also unexperienced. Request you to look into the matter or i will raise a complaint...

refund of cancellation money

I booked a ticket & duly cancelied. Pnr no-[protected]. Order id-1057033. But refund amount of rs.730.00 not yet received. Several times tried to contact agent but failed. Date of cancellation -07.10.2018. Please take appropriate action to return back the amount in my account or rail yatri cash wallet. This is most vital & urgent. Awaiting your valued instruction so that imay get refund amount....

refund was not given

Hi,
Last week i booked tickets from railyatri.in website and due to some reason i cancelled my ticket from shirdi to indore as i wanted to book for next day.

My order id is 649038 ticket number[protected]

As per the cancellation policy my refund should be processed and i should get my refund in 6-7 days but till now i haven't received my refund.
I have also emailed them but i am not getting...

regarding train ticket

Today i paid an amount of rs 699.84 for tatkal train ticket booking of date 5th may, 2018 from bhopal to patna in train number 19321. My order i'd is 589840. But till now no message came from railyatri team about booking. I have tried many times by calling on a support team number [protected] to confirm whether the ticket booking has done or not but no response is coming from this number. The automatic computerized voice is only coming...

money debited but ticket not confirmed but they didn't react about that issue

Actually i was booked railyatri bus ticket from kadapa to hyderabad 5th march 2018 in jagan travels, i recieved reference of debited amount ref no:igadassgh5
And bus booking id no:463552, but ticket not confirmed, due to jagan travels agent said you didn't any pnr number so they not agree to accept that ticket proofs so please,
I want to refund that money rs.457 rupees to my account,

money debited but bus ticket was not booked

I was trying to bus ticket on 25 sep. 2017 at that time my money was debited but the ticket was not booked. I was payment using phone pe and phone pe told me that your merchant railyatri got payment successfully. Here i'm mentioned merchant order id number plz go through it 1) id243043 2) id242956 please check this two order id and initiate my money back...

train ticket cancellation & refund

I have booked tatkal ticket and paid money to railyatri on 3rd sep and ticket not booked, however refund of 417 is not received yet.
When i dialed toll free nr of [protected], no response or immediately call disconnected and drop an email to rail yatri, they automatically closing the ticket and referring to contact above toll free nr.
Put a lot of effort to get my money back to my airtel wallet account.
