Ordered medicine from Rajved on 8th August, paid advance. But haven't received medicine yet.
The order no is 197499, but can't track it on India post website as the consignment number shared in mail(dispatch confirmation mail on 18th August) is INVALID.

The contact number on the website is also switched off.
व् here n whom to contact for the order given? They are frauds it seems

Order # 169784 ordered on 14/01/21. However, there is no response regarding my order. I tried contacting through their WhatsApp number but there is no response even through their email.

1. Either I need a refund
2. Or just send the medicines.

I have attached screenshots of the order details....

# order no 107812 my chitrakadi vati meds is missing from the package worth 270rs. Now the company doesn't have the courtesy to tell the customer it isn't available or help with the status. This is mt 2nd complaint.
I received these meds after 2 months of time!!!

2. Send the medicines in the next 1 week or get back to me saying we are not competent to run this business....
