Sir, i have invested in ram infra kurde virar project in 2013 and i have paid around five lacs (Part payment) for five guntha land, i asked for the company to get the document registered but there is no reply from the company nor their contact no. Are available.

Now more than five years completed they have not developed the land nor they register the documents in favor of customers. They only gave the allotment letter.br...

I had invested rs 8.25 lakhs in 2012. I was promised to get the na plot in 2 yes and then the agreement said it will be done in 3 yes. After 3 years they confirmed to provide the possession in next 6 months and so on after 4 yrs i applied for refund as per the agreement. They accepted the refund request and said will. Refund in 3 mths. And this 3 mths never came as after every 3 mths the money do not come but a new promise of another 3 mths....
