No refunds my ticket amount

Sir iam booking in counter ticket.
some problem so my trip cancel . 07/01/2022 at time cancelld my ticket for counter in PNR NO:[protected]

ALL ticket cancelled but amount not refunds my account.
And booking times date wrong printing so cancelled one ticket in special cancelled PNR :[protected] in 31/12/2021 but amount not refunds.
I am booking use my debit...

As the fund transferred from my bank account through your gateway(CITRUS) for my forex Trading account. Though still it has not been credited in my respective

I had ordered a GOWN HOLIC DESIGNER SAREE AWB:[protected] but on delivery i received a some other saree which is of very cheap and 3rd grade quality... I paid 639 rupees... On trying to get in touch with website there seem no response and not able to return the product... As i tried getting in touch with delivery people even they are just giving different numbers to get in touch and now when i browsed i realise everything is just a fake...
