I completed my graduation in 2020 in bcom from rtmnu. i have to admission in abroad for my pg diploma course and i require degree certificate compulsorily.It's been more than a year i haven't recieved the degree from the college and not also from University. i want to university to get the provisional certificate they are not allowing me to get that also and because of all this I am getting delayed for my application and time is really getting...

non receipt of degree even after 3 years

I cleared my BCom in 2011 and now it is more than 3years but i didnt get my degree. I need it for my govt job which i have to submit before 12 jul 2014 i made an application in the university but they said that nothing will be issued before 6 month so tel me what should I do? they r not ready to issue me provisional degree even. i have attached my marksheet also....
