Location: Ratnadeep store, mallapur, Hyderabad-500076.
Charged 3 rupees for a plastic bag. I spoke to the store manager and asked him that why are they charging for a plastic bag as per govt. He said he can't do anything about it and customer has to pay for plastic bags to carry their shopping items if they need a bag. They don't even bother about the complainant. Please take appropriate action on the store....

Charged 3 rupees for a plastic bag. I spoke to the store manager and asked him that why are they charging for a plastic bag as per govt. Law it is not the good practice. He said he can't do anything about it and customer has to pay for plastic bags to carry their shopping items if they need a bag. So, i have told the cashier that i will complaint in consumer forum and she said ok sir, you can do it.
