Please be informed that, Raunak Group has mis utilized my flat D9, 804's advance 1-year Maintenance charges. My flat complete address is D9-804, Sector [protected]@ Raunak Group, Wadeghar, Adarwadi, Kalyan west.

I have booking in (under construction) 2BHK flat in Raunak Group's Unnathi woods Phase Ii project.
I had booking in FEB 2009 and booing suppose to be june, 10 . subsequently to
