I have accidentally sent 75000 through Paytm to rentprop4u and when i reached out to their site the contact numbers provided are not working and also raised a query request via email but no response form the team.

could anyone from Bangalore help me out for getting their contact numbers.

date of incident - 19th June2022...

Vacated flat on 9th Dec 2021. Deposit of 55000 was supposed to be refunded by 20 Dec 2021. It has been more than 6 months i have NOT received back my deposit....

This has to be taken into severe notice.

Rentprop4u have taken my house of maintenance and they pay the monthly rent from the tenant to me.
Over the last two months, they took the money from the tenant and they are not paying me back the amount. And, all my calls are unanswered. They just cheat saying the money is on the way or transferred, but nothing gets to the account.

I had taken house for rent from RentProp4u in Oct 2019. i had deposited 60000rs as advance to this company before renting home.
After i have vacated the home in sept 2021, i was told i would get refund in 2 weeks but its been 5 months now still the refund is pending.
Owner is Nagaraju, Asha Gowda, Ravi Gowda .
Strict action should be taken for these fraud companies...
