Not Giving Training for Oil and Gas

Rigtech which started in 2009 as per their advertisement and their brochure they told us that they will provide us 6months training (i.e 3months training include theory and practical and the rest of the 3 months include on job training)The on job training they are not providing to us.They promised us that they will provide us on job training for which they have taken 60000 rupees as the fees....
