We handling a general stores.Its about a complain from the customers that rin soap rs.15 is worst for washing. 5 to 6 customers are complaining about the soap. I can't attach photo because Im in hostel. So I kindly take immediate steps to reduce the problem of customers.

I am regular customer of RIN Soap but I am very sorry to say that despite being a reputed brand, there are small and micro particles of stone, sand and metal are found in the RIN soap especially when they sell the soap in scheme for Rs. 12 instead of Rs. 15.
I would like to say that please don't Deteriorate the quality of the product by giving schemes for "save money" rather increase the price but at least produce...
