i am dr. shishupal singh, travelling on shivganga exp from ndls to bsb dated on 01/05/2015 . One T.T.E name GORAKH DATT told me that he will throw me out of train when i told to give him seat, he told to give 1000 rupees without challan., i told why should i pay then he told either u pay or dnt after this he make challan only Rs 250 out o of 1000 Rs. when i demond complain form for complain he told me you are not eligible for...

Sir I have checked the details, the PAN No alloted is BFGPK0799Q & despatch date is 27/12/10, but I have not received my pan card....
