My cusomer no is ITBC08534486. I ordered for 16 cd SAAZ pack which is already received and paid. But the free gift of holiday voucher and adidas bag and sipper are not received yet. For this only reason we also have not renewed your subscription. We were your subscribers since long and this attitude is not appreciated....
