I am Ramdas Sutar, May I Book (2 Bhk Plot & Shops) at New Panvel Nere Gaon before 4 Years & Paid Half payent For Rs Ten Lakh (10, 00, 000/-) to Sahara Homes Builder & Devlopers at Nere Gaon New Panvel, Builder Not give to me my plots & shop, she stop his work & closed the office, she is not in panvel, may i not received 2 bhk plot Or refunded Money, what can i do sir....

Sahara has taken full amount but havent gave poseesion since 2 years

I am posting this complaint so that I can group with other people who have bought homes in Sahara city but never got the possesion till date. I am through some connection I know the truth about Sahara and this Subratra Roy do not have enough money to pay whatever they sell or do to get out the jail so in reality our money is in danger and for sure Sahara will never ever will build the homes but may sell to other builders.
