I have cancelled plot booking in Sairung Project Sairung Shristi in June 2014 and as per rule the Sairung developers should refund me my 80% of money. But I have not got refund till date. My experience with Sairung Developers has been very bad. I invested in their project Foliage Park in 2010 under their pre-launch offer in which they asked for paying 80% cost of the land without seeing it and the registration will be done within 6-12 months.
