Dear Sir,
I have Purchased One Slim Sona Belt throguh telephonic order from XL Sky Shop cash memo no. 082 dated 22/10/2010
but this slim sona belt did not work after 20 days . from 13/11/2010 i am continue calling customer care no[protected] for replacement, but they are just giving time and not doing anything in this regard. my complain no 219
i am looking for help in this regard to repalce...

the sauna belt was taken on dT:10.11.08 by me & on dt: 11.11.08 i told to take back & he told that he will be coming tommorrow but till today no one has arrived. the no given by bipin was [protected] & no body is picking my phone as well as calling from other no the phone is listed & again the false promise is give that he will send tommorrow & the next time from that no he does not pick the phone....
