They are frauds and have multiple criminal cases going against them. They take security money but don't return it. The agency's owner, Karan Sawhney, his mother, Simmi Sawhney and their employees Guddu, Ashok, and Deepak are all part of this scam.
Please dont take any help from this agency and share about their fradulent behaviour to every person known....

I took a PG acomodation in Powai, Mumbai with the help of Sawhney Housing on 17th August 2014. I deposited a sum of Rs. 8000 with them as security deposit, which they assured to return me as and when I vacate the acomodation.
