We have 2 machine in our office since more than 2 years. We pay rent of both the machine regularly. Last week our one machine is not working, Register complaint on customer care number ( Complaint number 1734, complaint register date 16.09.2023). Today 20.09.2023 still no one attend the complaint in the office. When I called to the technician, he said distributor and service manager both are not allow to repair the machine. Jisky liye hum logo ko 4 month tak intzaar karma padega last 4 month se main aap k har costumer care par complaint kar chukka hu last main yeh mail aap...
