After making many calls, shambu road quality is very poor on linking road of banur.

We are paying toll charges, then why the company is not taking care road quality.

Request to authority please look in to matter and take action....

Totady we were cfossing shambhu toll plaza,, the time limit crossed more than five minutes,, on asking thdm a out the 3 mim rule the collector shown us a circular (Attached) regarding no exemption on 3 mins rule please clearify on the above matter if there is any such circular that we have go pay toll even if we wait cor more than 3 mins on toll plaza.
