Dear sir / mam, My name is r. Elumalai, cus no. 41558. I am online booked cly on 30th december. I am recived sms from your customer care on 31th dec regarding your cly delivered shortly. But now this has i am not recived cly from your dealers. Today i go to the shobha gas offince and i will asking about cly, but they will give me answer is don't know about the cly. Despite booking for a refill a month back there has been no delivery of the Gas cylinder. The telephone line to the agency is always busy. When we get through we are given a standard reply that it would be sent the following day. There has been no luck in getting our refill....
