Initially, i placed an order on a site shopindia.xyz which sells clone products of branded products like the iPhone products. later i read through the reviews of this site which seems to sell fake products so I denied the Rs300 advance payment on a call from them on the number [protected]. the guy on the other end used abusive language and hang up....

I had ordered a mobile phone from shopindia. Xyz. After the product was delivered.. The product was faulty and requested for return and i was told that the arrange is being processed but till now there has been no refund, even the address given in the website is fake. Moreover, the contact no given is also switched off most of the times.. I have tried to reach to him a couple of times but he has been consistently ignoring my calls and messages...
