Basic amenities

No basic amenities are provided by the shrine board.i travelled on 15 april 2022 with my family.no water in any of the toilets, no cleanliness at the toilets at all, very rudely behaviour of a person who is at the counter of electric van tickets at the bhawan.very bad experience with over all environment maintained by the management....

I had booked a ticket for 5 people worth RS 18000 for 4th March from the shrine board's official website. But due to some personal problems I had to cancel the booking for which I logged into the official website but could not see the option to cancel the tickets.i tried that for multiple days but that option was not there.then I dropped them a mail on 14th Feb but couldn't get the response after 3 days also.hence i decided to call on customer...

refund of cancelled helicopter ticket due to bad weather

I had booked helicopter ticket for 4 persons,which was cancelled due to weather/technical reasons. Date of journey:18th august,2013 PNR:MVDH530824 Booking done by:ICICI credit card date of cancellation:18th august,2013 The amount has not been refunded yet and they are not replying to any of my mails....
