I am IC 39763 Col Alok Chaturvedi ( Retd), I retired in April 2012. Siince new card is required after 10 years I submitted New Card Application on 02 Jan 2022, Application Number 1026037 in HQ Pashchim UP Area URC at Greater Noida.
There is no information about new Card nor any acknowledgement in this regard. Please issue new card at the earliest....
