Damaged product

Address:Leeds/Bradford airport

I bought a 1 litre bottle of Smirnoff vodka from Leeds/Bradford airport on 23rd July 2022. Last night when opening it the bottom of the bottle just fell off. No other way of describing it....

empty sealed can (smirnoff electric)

We purchased a case of smirnoff electric (Mandarin flavour) from checkers liquor in norkem park on the 22 nd of december 2017. We opened a six pack to discover an empty can. Still perfectly sealed and with no external damage.

I still have the can with me if you would like to inspect it. This is not really acceptable seeing the pricing of this. I do not understand how this passed your quality check....

Defective Vodka

I purchased Smirnoff vodka and after opening the bottle found that it was full of spirit. I have the batch number and the bill of the shop from where I purchased the smirnoff vodka.

IF IT WAS ABSORBED IT COULD HAVE CAUSED SERIOUS DAMAGE TO HEALTH.

Please suggest what action could be taken. I Am a common Indian citizen not sure where to take this one up. Please suggest....
