We have booked for shifting materials on 30th of mar, 2018 from bangalore to another city in karnataka, they agreed to came at 6.00 am but they came at 11.00 am and finished the loading itself is 6.00 pm instead of 2.00 pm as agreed earlier. They collected 100% money as advance. I would like to share bad/worst experience with sms packers and movers, first of all, let me admit that i made the biggest mistake of hiring their services for my house shifting on may 1st week, these guys starting from the field engineers (Helpers) to the high end so called managers/executives are totally un-professional and very rude. They never ever honour your request they way handle the goods/items are highly at risk especially fragile...

While carrying things these persons wont take care of your goods...just they want to shift for sake of money... But there no guarantee for your goods safety...Fridge ...there is no minimum safety.. While we are telling ..they act in front o[censored]s like they are doing good...but not so.....
