I have ordered smartwatch with 360 rotating hd camera watch on saturday 27 july 2019 but i have been delivered very poor quality normal wrist watch instead of smartwatch and also been sent micro sdhc memory card along with onedrive of 64gb.. Is m going to raise fraud and put the same on social media about how snapdkart made me fool

I received an old jbl headset instead of gear s3 smartwatch through blue dart courier at my office through awb#[protected] yesterday by paying cash on delivery. The website www.snapdkart.com does not have any contact details. However, they advertise the products in widely used media - facebook & google. Blue dart has delivered the package without any invoice or order copy inside the package. They refused to give any other details of the vendor...
