I have paid all the amount to the builder, and now I want my NOC(sahmati Patra) letter, But he is asking me to pay extra amount for it.
Please help me out to get my sahmati patra as soon as possible, because i am not ready to pay him extra money in black....

We Have purchased a new flat on N.D.A Road Shivane. The name of scheme is Sneha vihar. Its a 7 storeyed appartments. The builder has yet not provided with lift. When asked he says that MSEB is not responding. There is a transformer which has been installed but yet not working. Please let me know who is responsible to carry out this work.
