I have choose service of south eastern cargo movers and packers for shifting of 1bhk household items from Mumbai to Goa. Only showing professionalism (Giving estimate and quotation) and followup before order. Taking 3 % (3000rs )extra on tataly value of my material for insurance, but till date no insaurance copy received .
First of all they promising me 24 hours delivery but Shocked to see how unprofessional and harassing this south...

Shocked to see how unprofessional and harassing this south eastern cargo movers and packers are. They picked up material from Mumbai for Jaganathpur on 13th April 2016 and today on 20th may as well the same has not been loaded. Huh ?

In a world of professional customer providers, this is the biggest fraud I have seen. In last all these days they never called back to update the status....

I had taken services of this company to move the things from Thane to Hyderabad on 5th December 2015. On the receipt it clearly states that it is door to door service. However, on 11th December 2015 the truck driver called me to inform that things have reached Hyderabad and arrange for help to get the things unloaded.
