Full fraud my amount got deducted 4 days ago nobody pickup my call and not replying me on mail. fake. I want my money back. Help me to get the refund. I am really dissapointed....

I have ordered Battery for Karbonn Aura sleek plus mobile vide order #1931 on 28/8/2. Received the same on 3/9/21 and found the battery is defective. when used in the mobile error msg dispalys "BATTERY TEMPERATURE TOO HIGH AND MOBILE WILL SHUT DOWN" and the device get switched off automatically.
