In the year of 2011 , I went to Srinidhi Residency Bangalore Basava Nagar real estate company with our family for booking a 2BHK apartment in E-city Bangalore . At that time these people behave like they are also the our family member by promising so many beautiful think in the flat. Srinidhi Residency peoples told us they will provide security ,home maintenance up-to 10 year . According to them we get impressed and we booked a 2 BHK apartment...

We are a group of people who are victims of fraudulent practices of Srinidhi Residency. We booked plots with floora tina residency at NH-24 and paid a huge amount of money in 005. The Builder promised to give us the possession of developed plots by 008. He presented a DPR and pretended it to be the sanctioned layout. There is not enough land with connectivity so he is fooling us with the false promise of possession of the developed plots....

I booked a flat to Srinidhi Residency in Bangalore in 2010 , this flat was supposed to be completed in 2012 July (max). there is one CLP (Construction link Plan ) loan is running on this flat which I am paying since the time of booking regularly. I was regular in submitting the demand of builder, but at the same time I wanted to get loan from other bank as the rate of interest of the current bank ( Deutche home finance) is very high. But...
