I had added funds to steam via my Upi wallet. Money has been deducted my CCavenue but has not reflected on steam. Kindly assist how i can get my money back....

I have bought some items and my i'd is worth rs 50000. Some one hacked my i'd and misused it scamming other players but instead of punishing they have put permanent ban on my account. I have been putting apology email but they don't reply neither they react to this and take it this as serious issue as it is not a indian company they have misused my funds which i had used for virtual items by investing in it.
