I have left the company 1 years ago. It is located on Purna das Road near Goalpark, Garihat. I have worked for more that my stipulated time but they had not paid the proper salary to me. The deduct the salary with the drop of a hat, i mean without any reason. They mainly expoit their Employer. Male employer are exploited by over work and great work pressure and no proper paying of the salary. And on the same way Female employer are expoited...

I am totally helpless. I have worked for this company for 4 months. It is at Purnadas Road, near Gariahat, Kolkata. I was a fresher. The Management and senior emplyer was good to me at the begineeing. I used to work at the accounts department mainly and as well as used to work as a Persoanl Secretary of my boss. The management people slowly and steedly pressurised me to work for more than 12 hrs. Since I was a fresher I used to work there...

I worked over Stylo Graphic Imagin for more than 1 years, because I was in a very bad financial Crisis. The management has taken the opportunity and has exploited me. The had not paid me the proper Salary what they has told me to paid. Management is very rude to there Employer. Its really a very Bad company and it was my life bad experience to work over here....

I like to share somethings about Stylo Graphic Imagin is that I used to work over as an Accountant. I management people are very rude in character and they are very abusive towards the Female Employer. They torture there employer with work pressure which is out of the law. They pressurized there Employer to work for more any 12 hours with little pay. The Management people and senior people characters are not up to the mark. And they are Intolerable....

They are asking for 10 hours duty everyday, which is not mentioned in the Offer Letter they have provided. Even their working hour is 10 hours on Saturday. So totally it becomes 60 hours in a week. I think it is against the rule. Though it is a registered company, I think they are going beyond the rule.

Please take strict necessary actions regarding this....
